BCI MEMBER LOGIN
Welcome to the BCI Member Login page. By logging into the BCI Member Site, you will be able to enroll and/or make enrollment changes, determine the status of your claims, view information concerning claims that have been paid, see a summary of your plan's benefits, determine provider status and much more.
The first time you use BCI Member Login, you will be required to create a password-protected personal account. You should have already received instructions for logging into the BCI Member Site. If you set up a Member Login prior to August 1, 2008, you will need to create a new Login. In order to do this, you will need your Member ID, which can be obtained from your ID card, and a creation code, which can be obtained by emailing custserv@bci-stl.com if you have not already received it.
