BCI MEMBER LOGIN
Welcome to the BCI Member Login page. By logging into the BCI Member Site, you will be able to enroll and/or make enrollment changes, determine the status of your claims, view information concerning claims that have been paid, see a summary of your plan's benefits, determine provider status and much more.
The first time you use BCI Member Login, you will be required to create a password-protected personal account. You should have already received instructions for logging into the BCI Member Site.
As of August 1, 2008, our online system has changed. If you have previously set up a Member Login, you will need to create a new login. In order to do this, you will need your Member ID, which can be obtained from your ID card, and a creation code, which can be obtained by emailing custserv@bci-stl.com if you have not already received it.
